BlackBerry email setup seems to change daily, and it may or may not automatically work out how to access your account based on you only filling in your email address, username, and password. The important URL it seems to need to be told if the auto-setup fails is the Outlook Web Access one, which is:

Once it knows that you want to access your account via Outlook Web Access and you enter the address above, things should just work. If they don't there's very little troubleshooting we can do due to the way BlackBerry devices connect. Please either contact BlackBerry Support or get in touch with your carrier.
